Chef Bobby Bordade

Shangri-La is proud to announce the arrival of Chef Bobby Bordade who will begin as our Head Chef in January 2020. An acclaimed culinary genius, Chef Bobby prides himself on using only the freshest local ingredients for our guests. Bobby will be working with our culinary staff to bring our guests healthy, appetizing meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
